Works great, but remote is lacking

Just why? I can understand 4 as an “overflow”, but come on. And the remote seldom switches to the selected input on the first 3 presses. Aggravating to say the least. But it functions so it gets 3 stars. Fixing the remote would get 4 stars.

awesome little HDMI switch

Product Works, But Remote is Unresponsive at Times

In addition, the remote at times is unresponsive and doesn't switch ports. It's almost as if it goes to sleep while not being used, and once you press a button you have to wait a couple minutes for it to "wake up" and start working (switching ports) properly again.
