Product Works, But Remote is Unresponsive at Times

In addition, the remote at times is unresponsive and doesn't switch ports. It's almost as if it goes to sleep while not being used, and once you press a button you have to wait a couple minutes for it to "wake up" and start working (switching ports) properly again.

Great switch for HMDI
