    I've had one of these for a long time, years! I just bought another one for another room, the only issued I've had is with the remote (the first one I purchased) the second one's remote works fine.

    Had to buy this device because my receiver will not support 4K switching for a blu ray player. Had an issue with the LG blu-ray player after using this switch, bu tI think it was the blu-ray player that died or LG has abandoned with updates. Have not seen any issue with Roku
