First off, I've had two of these - and the remote didn't work for either. I even spent money on new batteries. No go. Works OK, but sometimes has issues switching 4K Ultra.

I needed this because of a lack of HDMI inputs on my monitor. It works great. I haven’t noticed any loss in quality. I have a PS4 and an Xbox One connected to the inputs and the output goes to a monitor.

I bought this product because it was the only 4k switch that Best Buy offered. I took a chance and bought it open-box the first time, took time hooking everything up perfectly, just to find out that the remote worked bad at best. When you press the number that corresponds with the port you're trying to toggle to, sometimes it works on the first try and sometimes it doesn't. If it doesn't work on the first try, then it doesn't work at all. I exchanged the product for a new one thinking that maybe it is because I bought open-box, but the same issue is occurring. I expect more from Best Buy since it only carries this product and it costs $70. This is very disappointing considering all of the money I've spent with Best Buy to have a 4K experience.

Initially this worked out okay but later while using this item to connect older Roku, Samsung Blu-Ray player, Mac Mini and security camera DVR to a Samsung TV that was already using another HDMI port for ARC traffic with Samsung Sound Bar caused all kind of issues. The Sound Bar would intermittently not power up with TV, randomly get error messages of HDCP content block requiring rebooting on Roku and other abnormal issues. Took it back. Not as compatible as hoped.

Overall the unit works well, but the remote is dodgy at best. The remote requires an odd battery size, and frankly works about one time in ten. I have given up on it, and use the actual buttons on the front of the unit

Much easier to use then the normal manual HDMI switch we had before.

I have 1 HDMI cord running from my tv through the wall to my entertainment center. Purchased 4K Sony blu ray dvd player and could not watch using my regular HDMI switch. I purchased this 4K switch box and got my 4K DVD’s to play. There is some delay before the blu ray will play. For the price I will manage.

This splitter is so easy to work and it's easy to set up with the tv.

i own a vizio 4k with hdr tv and only one input offers full 4K and full HDR. Since i own a 4K with Hdr Roku player and 4K with HDR dvd playler, i decided buy the rocketfish switch box. What i love about it is that it has a remote control so i switch inports without leaving my chair haha. i use DirectV, Roku, and my 4K blu-ray player. I recommend this to anyone....
