    I bought this because I needed something in a hurry and rental would have cost me about the same. Only thing I didn't like was the "lag" between switching. Just happy I could get something that was local and not have to wait a couple of days.

    This was a very good purchase. We have a lot of television devices (Blueray, DVD-VCR, etc.), and this allowed us to connect them all to compensate for the lack of ports on our TV. Welll worth the money.

    This type of HDMI switch is required to pass 4K HDR video from multiple devices. New 4K TV did not have enough HDMI ports for all my devices. Using this switch eliminates the need for cable swapping. Old HDMI switch I had was not rated for 4K and did not work on new TV.

    My Marantz Amp died and I needed a quick HDMI adapter for a stopgap until we decided which amp to replace it with. This Rocketfish product fit the bill! The only problem we had is it keeps deferring to the DVD player. Once we discovered that was the issue the fix was easy.

    The remote's flaky. The power button works when it wants to. But the box itself is fine. It replaced a similar box when that one stopped working altogether (still can't figure out why).
