It's not very responsive. But, what I found works good is, if you push the button you want twice, like a double click, it works good.

It’s really sensitive and a slight touch or tap can disconnect the signal. It signal also disconnects (once in a while) during game play, and it doesn’t matter which console. I just think it’s too sensitive. I would not recommend this to someone who can’t pause their game, or play Multiplayer games in real time.

You can easily switch between the 4 inputs with included remote. Also can handle 4K so no quality is lost. Overall this product was perfect for what I was looking to do.

This model is just as reliable and worth the money. The buttons are touch sensitive and it switches very quick. It comes with an Infra red extended receiver which is great for cabinet installations.

You have to be in a specific position for the button to register.

Be sure you have the necessary hdmi cables before installing. Would recommend also upgrading to a quality 4k HDR capable home cable to go from the box to the TV, and any other devices that you connect to the box.
