Has a remote but occasionally the remote just won't work. The most annoying thing is that every few days it will not work it will sflash an error screen. You need to unplug it for 5 seconds and then plug it back in and it will work

I had no problem whatsoever with the HDMI switch. The 4K switch frequently has issues connecting to the TV. Inputs change, don't connect, and the TV becomes confused. When it works--it's great. Do yourself a favor and wait til it's on sale

Video would work fine but had no audio. This was on 2 different units. Reboot and audio returns. Disconnect and direct connect to TV, no issues. Serves the purpose but may have minor issues to work with.
