And it was! Your customer service is very good within your stores. And everyone is very well trained in what they are selling. You must have a good training program.

Overall, this is a decent HDMI cable, but Best Buy needs to learn the difference between HDMI 2.0 and HDMI 2.1 before making recommendations. The only way to tell that this item is HDMI 2.0 is to go to the specifications on the product page and scroll down to find it hidden about halfway down the page. Best Buy should provide clearer product information so the average consumer can find the information they need as quickly and succinctly as possible.

Given the arguments as to the difference you can actually see and or hear from the various HDMI cables you have to choose from, this hits a nice sweet spot.

Happy to say there has been ZERO dropping signal issues since making a switch. Well worth the purchase.
