I have ZERO problems. This higher-end cable might have been overkill, but it beats having to be frustrated, then angry, then troubleshoot, then get more frustrated, then more angry, then return everything to BB. Just go ahead and get the better cable. You'll probably need it eventually anyway.

I often wonder how much cable makes a difference but this wasn't too expensive and I didn't want my set up with 4k TV and blu ray to be limited with cheap cable. So I think this a compromise between cheap and expensive cabling. I have a great picture with the blu ray player and satellite TV using these cables.

After I installed it, I noticed that the picture quality wasn't what I expected. I returned to the store and a associate asked if they could help me. After explaining my situation they recommend the Rocketfish 4K HD cable. I purchased it. Went home and exchanged my original HD cable with the 4K one and Wow! What a difference. Picture is so good it looks like 3D!
