As far as clarity goes, its almost negligible on TVs like this unless you go to a bigger size. I do see minute differences from using it, but Im kind of a purist, so unless you care about the fine details, you can go wrong with it.

With the newer TV, it was recommended that we upgrade our HDMI cable to ensure image quality - so glad we listened. The only recommendation we would make is make sure you get the right length - we got the 8' which was way more than we needed.

This was on sale for $29.99, but went to $19.99 after my purchase. Best Buy honored their price match policy so I got the lower price. I haven’t had it connected yet but should be fine.
