I am able to set up the DVD player far enough away that it does not block the TV and I don't have cords all messy and bunched up behind the TV. The sales clerk was very help full because I was unaware that the cords came in different length's and I was going to buy one much longer then I needed and more expensive. I also wasn't sure the exact cord I needed and he also helped me make sure I had every thing I needed so that I did not have to make a second trip to the store.

Which ment getting a new h d box, Since I Was going to by pass the receiver and go direct to the tv. The sales pro recommended this cable and it works fine. Love the picture on new lg 4K tv-- which I got from Best Buy -- Couldn't be happier. But some times I get a message that says your tv doesn't support 4K Looks fine to me

Works As Expected

My new tower didn't have the older monitor port. Luckily the monitor had an HDMI port and this works perfectly. Only regret was that after maneuvering the cord through my executive desk, the 4 foot length barely made it. I should have exchanged it for a 6 foot but didn't want the hassle of an exchange or cost.
