A length of 2 feet might have done the trick. But the longer the cable, the more mess it would cause to bunch of wires already behind the TV. Unfortunately, most HDMI cables are long - 10', 25', 50' etc. Was so happy to find a short (4 feet) one.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.For the most part, does what it should, however please note that gold plated cables (below 25 ft) doesn't matter (gold plated or not). Gold plating does help with transmission over longer distances, but I don't think you'll see a difference at or under 25 ft as the insulation around the wiring is the important part. Since that's the case, buy a decent (but not super expensive) cable, and save some money.
