I had considered continuing using my older OEM HDMI cable from my older BluRay player. When this HDMI cable showed up with the right length and a very good sale price I ordered it. It works in my installation as expected.

This cable is top quality and the connection fits firmly in the receiving socket. The price was also reasonable given the high price of some Home Theater cables these day. I should have bought one a little longer but that is only because I am connecting it to the apple adapter and my phone to watch things from my phone on the TV. I have purchased 4 of these same cords before and use them to connect the DVD players to my TVs and it works great. Never have had a problem with it.

I installed the cable easily. The picture is better for HD channels. The other channels are acceptable. I continue to study the TV settings to get the best interaction between Dish Network settings and TV settings.
