I purchased this as a gift along with an Apple TV as I didn’t know if it was needed or not. It wasn’t needed so I tried to return it and it was refused because it was past their 15 day return policy. However, I could spend $50 to join their program which extended the return policy to 60 days. I will no longer shop at Best Buy!

So far i have wasted 18-20 hours of missed work waiting around for service calls, and have at least one more to go (assuming it gets corrected that time).
