I will be returning this microwave however and I will try another of the same brand and model. But if that one has the same defect I will be getting my money back and buying a different brand. The issue is that the middle button on the bottom of the unit that are used as "feet" is too long. It prevents the unit from sitting flatly on my counter top. Thus it doesn't anchor as snugly as it should when you open the door.

Have recently spent @K+ on tech with all problems which are very slowly resolving but I 'll probably tak my biZ elsewhere and I've always liked Best Buy until now...!!!

I know it’s the cord because i tried it on my switch and the switch wouldn’t connect to the tv. I tried a cord connected to the apple tv and it works. Tried a cord on the xbox and it worked too. So the problem is this cord.
