Does not support 4k UHD
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Plugged in the cable (the connector is a bit wonky, not sure why it is that shape but thankfully it fit into the TV. Plugged it into the device and tried to set it up for 4k 60 Hz (TV supports 120, device supports 60Hz). Needless to say, this cable is NOT for a 4k TV and does not support anything above 30Hz. Avoid. Best buy selling in-brand crap without any other options available and it's not even listed anywhere that this is an issue.

The cable port was too big and it didn't fit my TVs HDMI. Not bad for the price, but should have paid a couple dollars more and not had the issue.

The cable plugged into the blu ray just fine but would not plug into a HDMI port on my TCL tv ( also from Best Buy). My tv has 3 HDMI ports and I tried all three ports several times (yes, I took off the protective caps). Went to local Best Buy and everyone was clueless as to why it doesn't plug in, suggested I bring in my TV to see if they can get it to plug in...that was not feasible. They did not have a TCL tv in the store to try. My only option is to return the cable.

I had to buy a Belkin cable elsewhere (and it was cheaper!) Also, when I drove an hour to collect my TV I bought this cable across the counter and now I have no way of returning it without driving the 2 hour roundtrip. Grrrrrr.

I needed this item during a home repair and in order to get my home theater working properly, I needed an additional HDMI cable. I purchased one from the tech and it was almost $50! Way too expensive!

Broke in 3 months

It was plugged into a TV and then the other end was used by multiple users to display presentations. The cable was not moved or handled harshly, yet it shorted out after three months. The warranty excludes use in a place of business, so we had to take a loss on the $130. I DO NOT recommend buying for a business use.

The lack of specifications on the website and the lack of knowledge at Best Buy cost me 3 hrs of my time and fuel wasted. I am not happy and I hope this reviews saves others from my hassle.
