Needed something short enough so there wasn't a lot of extra cable hanging around, but long enough so that if we take the Apple TV with us on vacation or somewhere, we'd be able to use. it.

So in the long run the price point on the rocket fish are worth it to me because the quality is there.

Needed this cable to connect a security dvr system to the living room TV. I chose to hide the dvr instead of leaving it in the living room which is why I needed a mile long cable. The cable works perfectly just very expensive.

Does an excellent job. Basically used it for outputting sound, as I prefer using a separate HDMI hookup directly from the player to my TV

I have the HDMI hooked up and it is not coming out! :)

The cable is very well made, sturdy and provides excellent picture quality on the monitor. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it for either in-wall or stand-alone use.

I know it’s pricey but after trying all the cheep made ones trust me when I say this you won’t regret getting this you get a better picture contrast!
