Didn't think about a cable and figured the HDMI cables I had are very basic so I added it to the cart. The build quality of the cable feels high end. I didn't do a comparison between a cheap basic cable and this cable. Since I am connecting a 4K streaming device to a 4K TV it is probably best not to skimp on the cable.
