After a bit of research I realized what I had were not 48mhz 4k cables...the A HA moment. I went shopping at Best Buy for an inexpensive but well reviewed cable and ran across the Rocketfish brand. What a difference!! Fantastic cables at a great price and the picture was like night and day!!

I did not have vertical sync tearing issues between my Xbox and 85 inch Samsung TV. But It's very expensive for a cord. So I returned it. Got something else of equal quality for a much lesser price
