I purchased a different brand ARC HDMI cable online and it actually created more connection problems. This cable is very well made and solved all my connection issues. The front staff told me it was located in the back of the store and indicated it was about the middle. After a little search, I found several sizes and chose the longest one. A staff member from the area inquired about my need. She was very nice.
