    Bought this speaker wire to power my rear speakers in my home theater setup. It is more than sufficient to power speakers and depending on how good you want your system to sound, could be used to power front speakers as well. I used this for my rear Bowers & Wilkins bookshelf speakers in a 5.1 system setup. These delivered crisp sound for the money. Although this does not split the highs and lows, I believe that would be overkill for rear sound. Again, this depends on your preference and some may want to go all-in, in which case I would recommend premium speaker wire that splits high and low frequencies. But I personally like this wire for the money.

    This is a great speaker wire. It is heavy duty and very durable can handle anything you throw at it and anywhere you through it. yet the sound quality is pure and wonderful.

    Dont waste your time or money while the copper is great the plastic it comes in is way to thick and you will end up losing a bunch of copper getting it off. It will more than frustrate you. Also no distinction between the 2.none at all no black or red.
