    The wire was fine but left and right is impossible to determine. I know that is really not a serious problem when wiring speakers, however, if you are a perfectionist it is bothersome.

    The shield material is hard, inflexible and difficult to cut. You definitely need a good wire cutter or you will hurt your fingers trying to strip these.
