    I was doing some upgrades to my home theater and had to run a lot of wire. This wire was just what I needed to complete the job. The only thing is my wire stripper had trouble with it but that is not a fault of the wiring.

  • Modem Doesn't Work/Bad Return Policy

    I bought a DSL modem to replace the modem from the phone company. I could get it to work for a few hours and then it would disconnect. I wasn't able to get it to connect back up. So, I waited a couple of days and tried again, with the same results. It would connect and then disconnect a few hours later. The phone company said the modem was compatible. I live over 60 miles from the nearest Best Buy store. When I went to return it yesterday I was told I was outside the return period. This is an awful policy!!! It took me a few days to try to get it to work and then I waited a few days to visit the store as it's not just around the corner. The chat "expert" could not help and only offered canned responses. He is not allowed to think out of the box. Therefore, I will be taking my meager business elsewhere.
