Ran and cut to length. Will not fit opening in my speaker stand. Had to buy 18 gauge wire.

Still struggle to see the difference from thicker wire gauge for sound quality.

Don't know if it would have worked. Couldn't use with cable.

The second I bought these I upgraded BC I could not stand the white noise

simply put bought it from another place for a third of the price

It was an emergency and I needed 100' speaker wire. Normally I won't go thinner than 12 AWG and that is my recommendation.This 16 AWG was all that was on the shelf.Not good for any permanent speaker wire runs.

I have arthritic hands. Too hard to work with, wire too thick. Might be very good for a younger person to work with, but not me.

I bought an open box return and it was never checked but kept shutting off on me like six times a day. This would make a good garage stereo my opinion

It works, but don't use it for a surround sound system. It looks terrible

I had to use a magnifying glass to see the almost invisible printing which showed the polarity of this wire. When I tried to cut the 16 gauge wire with my strippers I had to use the 10-gauge setting. Even then some of the strands came loose.

You can't identify the positive & negative sides of the wire. The print is so faint it is just about impossibel to see it without magnification. Never had a problen with Rocketfish items before, but I cannot recommend this item.

I am not sure why people pay top money to buy expensive speaker wires. I have not been able to figure out any difference in quality. This wire was easy to work with and seems to be good quality. I had no trouble stripping the insulation off it using a wire stripper.

found better wire at Home Depot for half the price

I was looking for something with quality without the high cost and to rout far enough to reach across the room. Being it's copper I didn't have to worry about connecting which was + and -. I am very satisfied with it.

I just got the Yamaha 650W 5.1Channel 3D Home Theater System Black YHT-4920UBL so when i bought that i need some speaker wire with it too. This item works great! easy to cut/strip (if you have the correct tool). And another plus is that when it come off the spool its not all bent!

Love the power it adds to the speakers...easy to use only con is a little hard to twist plastic shielding after cutting..but love and not to expensive.

Exactly what i needed for connecting my 7.1 system. nice thick gauge and the price was right. clear insulating casing makes it pretty easy to hide.

This speaker cable works great to add awesome sound to my home theater system. I also used the Rocketfish banana plug connectors and am very happy.
