For relatively short runs (less than 50 feet) to 8 ohm speakers, 16 gauge wire will usually do just fine. It's cost-effective and easy to work with. The Rocketfish wire worked out well for my application and it is less expensive than some of the other brands.

Well, if you have speakers to connect, the BEST way is to use copper cable and get it at Best Buy rather than waiting for it from Amazon.

Standard speaker cable wire. Easy to cut and strip to attached to devices and receivers. Using on a Kilpsch surround system and Pioneer receiver. Audio works well, would buy again.

Good quality wire. My only complaint is that I only needed about ten feet not thirty. Nothing against Rocketfish, but this was the shortest roll BestBuy had.

I upgraded my home system, and due to problems trying to get everything calibrated we decided to replace speaker wire throughout. This wire was heavier than what it replaced, but also retained its form which made connections easier and cleaner.

The wire is fine and easy to work with I suggest better marking on one of the wires to make it easier to get phasing right. What is there is hard to see wich requires constant attention and checking. That is the onlly reason for not rating it 5 star.

Needed some speaker cable in a hurry, and Best Buy had what I needed for a decent price. It was easy to attach Banana plug ends to this cable, and everything worked great once connected.

The speaker wire offers little resistance an is the right gauge for floor speakers. it's pretty easy to strip and connect and carries the sound very well.

I hate the color as it stands out and i wanted something more subdued but my cats kept chewing the thin stuff that came with my speakers, this is heavy duty thick wire and has saved me from having no surround sound.

Very good speaker wire that will feed your speakers constant power which in turn makes for better sound quality. Anything less for your speakers would be a let down.

This speaker wire worked great for my sound system and was very easy to work with. Very easy to pull the wires apart however stripping the wire can be difficult because the casing is a little thick and tough

Great cable without breaking the bank. I used this inside the wall for my left/right speakers and my rear speakers. Good price versus monster cable which is great but name recognition jacks the price up.

I am very old school and I believe that you need to use a heavy gauge wire with a good stereo system. I highly recommend this product.
