    Bought a new 55" Tcl. Installed and worked for 2wks. Went into sleep mode and unable to open home screen on tv to get to program to reset it. Went to Best buy and sales rep advised I hadn't bought tv setup, only installation. After arguing with him impossible to get to the program to reset, he talked with his manager and his manager authorized geek squad homevisit to make necessary repairs. If this fails, I will have Best Buy take back the TV and credit my account.
