    This was recommended by the sales associate in BestBuy when we were putting together our new theater room. The quality is undoubted but we were 'forced ' to have this length, with the additional cost, despite my protestations that 6 foot would suffice. In all of my recent dealings with BB, this is my only complaint. Salesmen!

    Since the first day when I connected this HDMI cable to my 1080p Samsung tv from my X1 HD DVR, there was a noticeable improvement in the picture color and contrast, as well as the sound quality, most notably the stereo bandwidth and virtual-surround effects. I'm so impressed with it that I may purchase a second one at a future time.
