    Had a problem with the cable installer leaving us minimal wiring to place the electronic components. This cable is doing a better job and has all the reach we need. Good recommend by my Geek Squad!

    Best Buy has better quantity then most store. The customer service is the best. Anyone of store you go to has excellent customer service. The cable i gotten at Best Buy brought more out on my Samsung TV.

    Rocketfish says lifetime warranty and yet will not honor it at all when talking to customer service. Bought $100 24” platinum cord and failed first use. They would not help or with a comprable replacement. Other retailers will get my money.

    Just picked up my new Dell laptop this afternoon. It will be a slow process to learn all that this new computer offers, but so far so good. Only two little problems. The salesman said that my icons would transfer to the new computer--they didn't, and the technician that delivered the new computer didn't seem "all that" knowledgeable about the computer's features.
