    The new satellite tv vendor I went with resently only supplied me with a 4' HDMI cable. I like to keep my wire management clean and this short cable would not allow this.

    Your system is only as good as the cables that connect each piece together. Don't use a $5 cable for a $500 receiver. Rocketfish uses great materials in their cables.
