    This goes without saying, pretty much all of the new model tv are requiring the cords. This one is the best one in this price range. It gets the job done.

    Seems to work seamlessly, but had one incident where both the TV and Laptop it was streaming started putting up some sort of graphics and making a loud noise. Had to shut the laptop off to get it back. Not sure what happened there.

    Got this during a sale. I bought a few to connect to my AV receiver. You probably won't notice a difference from other HDMI cables while watching cable/satellite tv, maybe if you are watching a 4K Blu-ray.
