    I recently bought a DVD player for my new TV so that company could watch movies. I thought I had a cord that would work, but I didn't, so I had to go back to Best Buy and get it. The cord worked fine. However, I didn't ask for a price match, so I see now that I paid nearly twice as much as I could have. I'm upset with Best Buy's poor customer service. I bought an expensive laptop there, which I did price match, and the managers at two stores were rude to me about my request to get a USB External Slot DVD CD RW Drive for the computer at no cost. They only offered $5 off, so disappointing when I bought an expensive Apple laptop. I'm not shopping at Best Buy anymore.
