Its hard to undo both ends bc we have a 65” that is wall mounted so you have to unplug both ends to fix, then plug them back in. They weren't cheap!

I'm not sure why or how that is, but as soon as I switched the cable to a different 4K cable, it worked. When I ran a trouble shooting program to test this cable, it said that this cable only supported 4K movies, and not streaming, upscaling, or gaming. If you ask me, it's too expensive for only half a solution. Poor product.
