Actually the Best Buy Geniuses attached it while installing my new Samsung tv and Apple TV. The connection is so poor I can’t even use it. I would have returned the cable but it’s behind the wall and I’d have to bring someone in to help me remove the tv and retrieve it from behind the wall. Since we are still in the middle of a pandemic and I want to minimize people coming in the house, I’m stuck with it and out the $150.

We can not see any problem with the picture so it must be working. Our old cable was 10 year old form the last set we purchased.

Had the cable company come out and they confirmed it was a bad cable. Returned it the next day. Maybe just a bad pair but didn’t want to waste my time on an exchange.
