Horrible horrible company

The TVs are having problems staying on (the 75 keeps turning off each time a change channels) and the 65 won't and never finished the initial channel loading I call Besy Buys 6 times and spoke with a Mgr who assured me we would have Gerk Squad come out and never heard back I called the Gerk Squad Tech who left me his contact info 8 times and emailed him 4 times and he never responded to me I had Visa dispute the purchase and install Worst experience I have ever experienced FYI I just bought 2 days ago another 65inch from Costco I will never give Best Buy my business again

I have other Rocketfish cables and they are all fantastic, but this one was bad. I used it to connect my soundbar to my new TV and had nothing but problems. When I switched to a different HDMI cable, everything worked exactly as it was supposed to.

Aggravating because I thought I was not getting output from my device so I went through all kinds of device troubleshooting before I figured out it was a poor connection.
