A VERY unhappy customer!!! I will go elsewhere for any appliances in the future!!!

I bought it just to prove the sales person wrong and convince myself since I'd read about this but never tried it. I returned the cable and replaced it with a fiber optic HDMI cable that is more than capable of handling even longer distances. The fiber optic cable is more expensive but works great.

It's a overpriced HDMI cable Really!

I might look into trying a different brand cord.

Checked cable to ensure connected at both ends to no avail. Connected cable to DVD box vice cable box, still did not work. Connected old shorter cable (TV is mounted so it was a pain) and input problem solved. The cable is bad, disappointed to say least.
