While HDMI cables are tough, their are mostly made to sit still as they are a "One-time" connection. If you plan to move the TV a lot, it might bend and stress the cable in such a way that ends up failing. This is not a thing unique to our brand.

We appreciate your feedback on our wallmount. I understand that a big TV floating like this could look worrying. However, I can assure you that as long as it is well installed, it can support any modern TV on the market.

Probably cost me an extra $200 in time and trip to store to purchase a replacement. Please get it right Rocketfish!

Had to go back and exchange it for one that would. Those heavy metal plugs would not stay in the unit. To bad the staff that did my return thought I was crazy. Good thing he is not the only person that works there.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The cables are very loose when connecting to any HDMI port, this causes the sound to cut in and out, not very sturdy cables, the 4k quality is great, and the coverings and connections are nice but the size of the connectors are small and so they tend to fall out of devices or they dont stay connected.

Buy insignia or Dynex cables before buying this awful product.

But then I had to reinstall Google Chrome, Adobe, and now I am having issues with the computer not recognizing my SD Card... Not very happy at this point.
