Had a cheaper cord that was causing the picture to cut out every few seconds. This item fixed that problem.

I ended up not needing this, so I returned it to my local store with no problems. I had purchased other Rocketfish™ products previously and was happy with them, which is why I selected this one, and why I am comfortable rating this with 4 stars.
