No one seem to have an answer for me nor it was recommended at BB but did some research and the issue was the cables. I got this 4k H-Res cables and issue solved. Never had an issue again. Sports and 4K content look amazing now.

These HDMI cords are every bit as performance driven as cords costing 2-3 times ad much. Durability is very good. Grab them especially when they're on sale!
