    I know very little about electronics or technology, but my HDMI cable seems to be doing its job. My TV picture is very clear and the sound/audio is fine. I haven't tried to use any of my components, yet (ie. VCR or DVD player).

    It's a great cord and transfers data seamlessly. The gold tips really do help with clarity in both video and sound. Plus the thickness of the cable helps prevent future damage to the wires as well as keeps it from getting tangled up.
