I know people often run regular HDMI cable in-wall (I have to admit, I have), but you really should not do this because of the potential fire hazard. (As I understand it, a regular cable can be flammable and act like a "fuse" bringing fire inside the wall). I was happy that Best Buy offered this when I purchased the TV and at a reasonable price.

They may be more expensive is most cases, however, the quality it unserpassed as compaired to standard cables. Buying a 4K T.V., I was looking for high quality picture, I know for working in the industry that the quality would be better with a higher quallity cable.
