    I purchased this cable with a new DVD player when I upgraded to a device that supports streaming apps. I do not have an UltraHD TV, but this cable works for the purpose of connecting the DVD player to my HDTV. So far no issues, but I have never experienced a problem with other HDMI cables. I assume the manufacturing quality of this brand is as good as others.
