    We were told we needed to replace the HDMI cable on our TV because we kept losing our sound. So, we replaced it with the Rocketfish UltraHD/HDR cable. Voila! we had sound..... but, we still lose our sound at leat 1-2 times per week. So, the cable must not have been the problem. However, we can only get support if the sound is off, and if we turn off the TV then turn it back on, or slip the cable out of its fixture and put it back in - we have sound again. It's irritating to have to do this, but it works again after doing that.
