Was talked into this had to unplug because it won't stay plugged in to the soundbar

Cord did not work, and we do not have a best buy in our town so lost the money from buying it.

Great cable but way overpriced. The same cable can be bought other places for 1/5 the price.

No sound would come out from my tv to my receiver.

After talking to some "Geek" folks I decided to purchase an ASUS Computer - none in stock, so it was sent to my home (not a problem). I received it and installed about half of the software that I purchased at Best Buy - and the computer suddenly had a boot up issue. I had to bring the machine back to the store. The Geek squad has had it for about a day. The initial manual reset did not work, so I was just told that they will have to do a "factory reset". I guess that means the software that was loaded will be lost. I’m not a happy camper.

This was my first time to use this type of plug in, but I found it hard to find which direction to plug it in, and when I did it did not seem to seat very well in the outlet.

Cable is flimsy and needs a jacket.Connectors seem to be undersize and are a sloppy fit on Yamaha receiver. I returned it.

just another cord. Not sure what it does. better than the old video cables I guess. Not sure it's worth the money

I purchased the Rocketfish™ - 8' Digital Optical Audio Cable in August and by October it began to operate sporadically. I had to shale it for it to work properly. It continued to become worse and I just gave up. It apparently has a break somewhere in the fiber line, which seems extremely unusual for something so new and taken care of.

Average sound but I am going to buy upscale wire for better sound.

This connector does not fit securely in the audio component and falls out easily. I tried a few different inputs and they have the same issue, so the issue is with the cable connector, not the input jack.

Tried to plug in numerous times and in different areas. Would not plug in. Had to use old cable that was barely long enough. And yes, it was the same kind of connection as the old one!
