I made this purchase from my available choices at the store location. It was reasonably priced and I went on my personal knowledge of the product, but I was a little disappointed in the associates approach and the lack of product knowledge of this particular item. To date I am happy with my choice in purchasing this digital audio cable.

I needed an optical cable to connect my 4k tv to the HK soundbar. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this rocketfish cable. Cable was grade A- thick and well built. The sound was clearer and crisper than the one that came with the soundbar. For the price I paid I couldnt be happier.

I had to switch output methods when I purchased a new TV. This cable works just fine. One thing to watch out for though: BEWARE there are very small plastic inserts on each end of the cable! You need to remove these before trying to connect any devices. Darn near snapped it off in my surround sound system...

I purchased this optical audio cable specifically to carry sound via a high end CD player through my amplifier to my home theatre system. The CD quality sound via this optical cable is crystal clear and reproduces the full spectrum of instruments.

I upgraded my TV and it didn't have the older RCA jacks like the old TV it replaced that connected to my receiver. The great BestBuy techs sold me all off the right stuff to get my surround system going and sounds much much better than before. Updating all of my TV's and stereo's I own now.

If you need a cable to to hook up your 4k tv to 4k home theatre system this works ok. There is not a lot to say about it. It is tricky to make the connection at both points because connections are strange. Be careful. Best buy sold this brand. It was long enough. It serves the purpose.

Cord works fine, got it only for $3 at the time so why not. use for sound bar and does the job

Overall well made. Thick cable that should last. My first use of the optical cable. Remember to pull the little end cap covers prior to installing it. I couldn't figure why it didn't fit. I guess they are there to protect the end from damage. Overall good value for the cost.

The length is perfect and the quality in great. Sound improved from my sound bar immediately.
