I have a ONKYO Re sever 5.1 and a HTC cell Phone. i wonted to have bu- tooth from mu phone to re sever. this was perfect. I did have trouble getting it to pair up. But after they pared no trouble It works grate i can go out side with the phone. and leave my windows open. turn the sound up and down, listen to Pandora on my phone. up to 30 Feet away. .

This is a great option allowing you to keep your current receiver stereo set up while allowing you the ability to use your Bluetooth option with today’s phones for access to playlists. My husband was thrilled with being able to update the system in his shop with this devise.

Wanted to add Bluetooth so Amazon Echo speaker would be connected to home stereo system for playback. Works great. Does exactly what I wanted. Stereo supplies switched A.C. power for the Bluetooth receiver, so if sterio is on Alexa is connected, otherwise the Echo just uses the internal speaker.

This is a great adapter for my receiver. The AptX Bluetooth is good and has no delay. When one device is connected to it, it cannot easily switch without that device to unpair or turn bt off before pairing another. The NFC helps a bit at this by letting you override by placing your phone on it.

Needed a BT receiver for use with an older stereo and had remembered seeing one once or twice while shopping for other items. Was able to find this unit and it worked perfectly, allowing me to play music on an older amp via bluetooth. Not much to say really, it just worked straight out of the box. No issues at all.

I wanted an alternate input for my tv soundbar to get some music. this unit is easy to connect up and easy to connect to via bluetooth. if I were an audiophile i might not be thrilled, but in that case i wouldn't be streaming pandora via bluetooth to a soundbar. i found it easy to connect my phone, tablet and computer.

I had zero issues getting the unit setup and plugged in to my receiver. Connectivity was easy and sound is really good. Now I am no audiophile, this is being used as a general audio device to provide some music in the area I set it up, but work really well and plays the audio clear.

I have an old denon a/v receiver that does not have Bluetooth and wanted to listen to Pandora through my denon without having to have the tv on to access the Pandora app and this works wonderful. I can listen to Pandora using the Bluetooth on my smartphone and hook it up to my denon...wonderful!

My computer speakers are going out, so I research how I could get music from my Laptop to my stereo (older model). The Rocketfish Bluetooth receiver was exactly the product I needed. Install was short and easy. Now I get much better sound from my MP3's thru the stereo system.

I recently bought this to add to my patio stereo so I could stream music from my phone. I hooked it up, flipped the switch and my phone connected almost immediately and I have not had any problems. I've had higher end stereos not even be able to connect to my phone so I was very pleased with this purchase and it was totally worth it.

Breathed new life into my older Onkyo receiver by adding Bluetooth with this device. Consequently, Deezer has me enjoying my favorite tunes on my Onkyo, from my cell phone via Bluetooth. I'm delighted. Rockfish even has Optical Digital output. Optical cable sold separately. Works great!

This thing was awesome. It took less than 5 minutes to hook up and works exactly like advertised. I’m using it on a 10 year old Bose Accoustic Wave 2 (which Bose discontinued) and it works like a dream. The only thing about it is you can only Bluetooth attach 1 device at a time.

The Rocketfish Bluetooth connected easily to my older stereo receiver via stereo component cables and allows for streaming music from a smart phone or tablet through standard Bluetooth connection. Sound quality is excellent and maintains connection extremely well!

I needed a Bluetooth solution between my desktop and my AV receiver. I used this to stream my iTunes to my Onkyo setup. It works but the music only comes out in stereo. If all you have is a stereo set up than it's perfect for you. But if you want pro logic, 5.1 etc then you need to look elsewhere.

When you have an old stereo or even just need to aux a bluetooth receiver to your car, this is the item! I love that it connects right away when you turn it on! No issues whatsoever! Have had it for over a year now almost!

I bought his because I was tired of plugging my audio jack into my phone and being restrained as to how far I could be away from the receiver. I bought this on a whim and it's done exactly what I needed it to. The range is only about 25'-30' depending on how many walls are in the way. Would recommend it.

Got this for my wife who wanted to play music and podcasts from her iPad through our older stereo system. That was the plan. She also got an Amazon Echo Dot as a gift and now our older stereo is Bluetooth connected to Alexa. Works great and Pandora is now always playing at our house.
