It has a static noice. Every time when I disconnect my phone it’s makes a noise.

Had to have amp all the way up to hear music music quality poor

This product does not work. It never syncs up with my blue tooth head set.

It seems to have good sound but sometimes I think the music sounds flat and lacks depth and seems kind of muddy but also seems to lack Bass but maybe it is the MP3 file or the device I'm using or because I'm tired. I don't notice any hiss when the music is stopped or at a quite part. The one really Annoying Thing is the Auto Connect feature, if I disconnect any device from it by selecting drop connection or disconnect on my Bluetooth device the Rocketfish it's self will automatically reconnect to the device making it impossible to connect another device, the only way to prevent this is to turn off the Bluetooth on my device and then connect another device. I have several Bluetooth Speakers and 2 other Bluetooth Receivers and non of them have this problem, they will only connect if I manually reconnect to them from what ever device I want to connect to it from. Also it takes several tries to get it to connect to my devices. I only paid 23.59 for it because it was open box so for the price it's a good deal but for the full price of 50 it's Not worth it, better of getting the Belkin Songstream HD that has coaxial and optical and analog audio out.

This thing worked awesome, until I tried to connect it to my Windows Laptop. I had a lot of troubles, called the number on the back of the box, put on hold naturally but then put through to a real human being, very nice! The person was helpful, polite and informed me that this product will not work with Windows products. I am returning it because I have way more music than would ever fit on my phone but it did work very well with the Apple products. If I had a Mac laptop, I would definitely purchase this Bluetooth receiver again.

This was easy to setup and get paired with my Samsung Tab S. I connected it to my receiver using the optical output and was very pleased with the sound from Rhapsody. The product literature says the range is up to 33 feet; I can attest it worked fine at about 25' which the max I would ever use. Also it didn't cutout when I walked between it and my Tab which some other brands of a similar product seem to do based on reviews.

I have a 19 year old Aiwa stereo system relegated to my garage. It's old but it's decent with a Pioneer subwoofer attached. But because it's so old there's no way to play my iPad / iPod through it. I came on to BestBuy's website to look for a cheap receiver that had Bluetooth and stumbled on this Rocketfish Bluetooth Music Receiver. Wow. Just what I needed. Much better solution than getting a new receiver. Plugged this in via the provided RCA cable and paired it with my iPod. Immediately recognized it and I was in business. I mounted it with screws under the shelf where the receiver sits so it's really perfect for what I needed in my garage. And the unit is much smaller than I thought - fits in the palm of my hand. So glad I found this!

Did not do what I needed I was looking for this to output from my rcvr Got to return it

I purchased this to add some wireless capability to my Denon 3805. I plugged it in to a switched AC outlet in the AV receiver, plugged in the white/red to an aux input and paired without even looking at the instructions. Amazingly easy and WOW! Perfect sound! My Windows phone recognized it right away and offered me choices of several different online music venues. I'm very satisfied so far. I'll revisit this review later for a long term update.
