We had to buy wall anchors, the ones provided did not hold the wall mount but given the excellentness and deal on this it was a-ok. Single mom, partially disabled (But work 2 jobs), I'd been dreaming of a wall mount for our TV for a few years but cost prohibited me from taking action and I did not want to fall for the trap of a cheap one that might ruin the wall or TV (which I cannot replace if damaged). SO happy with this one. It tilts up and down AND sideways. Thank you Best Buy for a great product!

We remodeled a second living space and wall mounted a TV above the fireplace. We chose this wall mount to not only be able to tilt the TV up and down, but also to be able to pull it out and turn it left or right if necessary. Very sturdy product and will be purchasing again when we remodel downstairs.

Great mount just remember that when the tv is flush with the wall it will be centered but when you swing it out it my be off centered since it's just the one arm. But the mount allows you to shift the tv from side to side I believe about 5 inches both ways from the middle. Overall great mount!

I was looking for a TV mount that would rotate in multiple directions. I found the directions were a bit confusing to someone who has never mounted one, Once it was up, I could not have been more pleased with the results.

My Mom recently moved into an Independent Living 3-room apartment. It meant getting rid of alot of things from her condo and using great thought to organize things in her new apartment so it didn't look crowded. One of the things we got rid of was a TV stand for her flat screen so we could put a decorative bookcase under it instead. It was too flimsy to hold the TV, so we bought this Wall Bracket. It was perfect; easy for the maintenance men to install, sturdy, didn't stick out from the wall, sleek, and you couldn't see it holding the TV. My Mom's picky and pristine--she loved it!

Purchased a brand new curved 65in 4K Samsung & wanted something that'd both support the weight of the TV as well as mobility for when we have company (we have kind of a weird living room). I was very impressed with the wall mount. I knew initially that Rocketfish is Bestbuy's brand, and I trust the big "B", so thought I'd take shot & glad I did. It was easy to install (yes, it comes with spacers for curved TV's), and is very sturdy. The mount extends outward, swivels left & right. Exactly what I wanted at a great price.

Purchased for hanging a 60" Samsung tv also attached the sound bar using the sound bar accessory mounts. Works great!! Love the ability to move the tv at different angles left and right and tilt down as needed. Installed easily and hangs perfectly level with no issues.

I was initially nervous about getting this mount to hang my 65" TV since its at the upper limit of compatibility, but it works great and has proven to be reliable even when handled relatively roughly. Decent range of motion in various directions, though don't expect even 1 degree more than specs say for swivel left/right. Overall, would highly recommend this product.

I am beyond happy with this tv mount. Easy to install and allowed me to hang my 60 inch tv all by myself.

Took some time to assemble. Built strong. Pricey, but worth the level of confidence my TV is safe.

Purchased on open box policy.. item works well , easy to install .. When your husband knows, what to do ..lol..... Found online first . Never did the open box before .. it was a great deal .. looks great above my chimney..

This absolutely will not stay straight. Each time we use the swivel feature, the tv tilts down on the left hand side and my son has to come to our house to adjust it. So we are unable to use that feature because we don't want to have our son make the trip across town. I wish they would refund our money and let us buy another that works correctly. Of course, then we would have to get our son to come out and put it on the wall.

This is the best choice for my 60" smart tv.really is great!!!!

Purchased this mount for my 40 inch TV. My husband installed it with minimal difficulties by following the included directions. The mount is great to use, you can adjust the angle of the TV either up or down to reduce glare. Also the swing arm is nice for moving the TV if you are sitting in a different part of the room. Smooth operation.

I purchased this mount about 2 months ago and have had no issues since. I was looking for a thin profile, highly moveable, and came across this in the store. It was easy to install and looks great in our new bedroom. Very sturdy and easily adjustable.

The stand is high quality, but slightly expensive compared to products carried elsewhere ($100). The metal is heavy gauge and finished nicely. It feels like you can hang a refrigerator off it. The ability to fully articulate the TV doesn't seem huge at first - but the main reason you'd want to do this is to hook wires up or turn the stand to avoid glare from light sources. Additionally it is very easy to adjust the vertical tilt for with just one person. The stand self levels as well. If I had to make a criticism of it - the mounting process is not for amateurs. I've mounted several TV's in the last year and this was the hardest install. The main reason is because it fully articulates - the arm which enables that needs to be mounted to the stand off center - in order to achieve mounting the TV centered over where you would like it. The stand does come with a template and an abundance of hardware - but beware to measure twice and drill once.

Purchased this TV Wall mount for our new home and it does not disappoint. The set up took a little work, mostly due to the configuration of my dry wall construction. Once preparation was complete, installation was fairly easy to manage. Once installed, this item more than does it's job. It's a very strong and sturdy piece of equipment. It holds my 55 inch LG with no problems. The features are exemplary as it has full motion capabilities with its swivel and rotation joint. All in all, I would HIGHLY recommend this wall mount for your home theater needs.

Was simple enough to install. Quality material and workmanship. Should be less money considering it only has one swing arm and doesn't extend outward a lot.

I purchased the unit at a my local Best Buy and must say, if you have assembled anything you can figure this one out. The instructions and illustrations could be better but adequate to get the job done. From my experience, with only myself to task, mounted my 48 inch flat screen in under an hour. Installed in a bedroom, I can easily adjust it to watch from the desk or bed.
