This one has a tight grip so the cable doesn't fall out over time and (as far as I can tell, no problems with signal quality.

Hides heavy long run HDMI

Nice for tight spaces

Too expensive

This thing was twice the price of what I normally pay. I managed to make the install work without it and returned it. I am sure it will do what it advertises though
