Good product and simple to install

I suggest 16ga wire or heavier as you have to slide the wire into a center post and thinner wire would be difficult to properly pierce. The Monster plugs are better, but require you to strip the wire back.

Needs more complete instructions

So maybe a seasoned veteran might know this info. There is a little plastic washer that is inserted inside the plug but it does not state which way the put it as there are teeth that grabs onto the wire.
