I had to put the wire in the area that screws the two together to work.

These are simple to connect and the results are great!

These were replacement plugs for my speaker wires. After installation I discovered they made the sound a lot better.

Purchases these plugs but they were missing the grommets :( Didn't have any others in stock to replace. Not a huge deal. As always Best Buy was more than helpful. I just decided to return them and will pick them up at a later date. Seemed like a decent product. Will update when I pick up a complete set

I picked up some of these because I had not ordered enough for my new home theater room, and I wanted to finish the installation that weekend. There isn't a lot to say about them. They are connectors. They "hang on" to the wire using a pressure connection that involves a small plastic washer. I suspect that as long as you don't disconnect/reconnect them a lot that won't be a problem. However, it seems that the small washer could easily break, which would make the rest of the connector useless. Other connectors I used in the install have no plastic parts, and seem like they will hold up better over time. However, these seem like they will work fine for a good amount of time themselves.

Do not lock on or stay on. Get the quality Monster plug.the R&D was better so the product is solid. Rocketfish cut too many corners here. Money better spent elsewhere.

I think these are great products. But it felt very time consuming to get the wires strung through and secured in each plug. Once they were all done....I had to do 7 speakers..the clips fit right in and the sound was great.

These plugs were easy to install and provide a nice snug fit into my amp. The price was right, and they work great so far.

This is very good product. You cant beat the quality. Very well made unlike other products in the market

Needed these bad due to the dreaded receiver protection fault. Only ones I could find locally. Didn’t fix the problem. After wiring them all up still had the fault for “speaker wire”. Checked them all again for security. 3 came loose with a slight tug. Ordered a set with teeth that hold the speaker wire, problem solved. Trashed these. Total waste of money.

Does the job, but are a little tricky to get wires connected.

Not universal. Clips require at least 16 gauge cable to work

I was hoping this was the kind with the setscrew but no it is a compression fitting I like the setscrew better better connection to the wire

Bought these banana plugs to use with the rocket fish wire and was very easy to put together.
