Difficult to Adjust

However, the tilt adjustment is in a difficult spot and the tv sits too close to the wall to get a nice downward tilt. Still works okay for us though.

Easy to install

Only issue we had was the screws did not align well with the depth of our mounting holes on the flat panel TV. The installation required a run to the local hardware store for different length screws. Other than that, it was up in a matter of minutes.
